Sunrise Fertility Center is one of the most advanced fertility clinics in the region offering a comprehensive range of fertility treatments to suit all potential needs of its patients. Our Policy
Regular and professional calibrations for all our equipment are done, including weekly monitoring and calibration for all our Tri-gas incubators. These incubators are known to have almost the same environment as the female uterus, where the concentration of O2 is 5%, N2 is 89% and CO2 is 6%, giving a good environment for the embryos to reach the Blastocyst stage (day 5-6 transfer) smoothly thus significantly improving the pregnancy rates because of better embryo quality and endometrial receptivity. We are proud to be one of the few centers in the Middle East & North Africa to have those Tri-gas incubators.
What makes us unique
What makes Sunrise Fertility Center one of the unique centers in the region is that we own and operate the RI Saturn Laser machine. This machine conducts assisted hatching to improve pregnancy rates as well as embryo biopsies and pregenetic diagnosis (PGD) for patients who experience repeated failure and recurrent miscarriages due to genetic causes.

The Embryoscope
Sunrise Fertility Center is the first certified centre in Egypt and North Africa to own and operate an Embryoscope unit, serving many patients from Egypt and the wider region. This cutting edge technology allows us to provide superior fertility services to our patients.
In normal IVF procedures (which use normal non-Embryoscope incubators), fertility specialists need to extract the embryo from its test tube every 18 hours, starting from the first day, in order to monitor progress. This extraction process is in itself a risky and delicate procedure.
When playing back the videos after five days it can be seen which embryos have maintained the best cell division and exclude the abnormal or weaker ones. The EmbryoScope unit has built in technology to assess this. The embryo can then be transplanted secure in the knowledge that it stands a very good chance of resulting in a successful pregnancy. The process has helped tremendously in avoiding repeated miscarriages, a cause of great stress and disappointment to many couples in the past. Of course, it is also wonderful for parents to have a record of the very beginning of their child’s life, from the first millisecond up to when the cell has multiplied into 100 cells.
The EmbryoScope is extremely reliable with 24/7 monitoring via a dedicated ADSL link with the headquarters of Unisense Fertilitech in Denmark. Should they see any irregularity in the unit they alert Sunrise IVF Center immediately.
